First of all we do not share videos with ANY sites and never have done. We do not sell videos to any sites and never have done. We don't do this because we felt it would not be in the interest of building the community which is our priority and it would not be in our commercial interest do so.

We often receive complaints from uploaders that videos have appeared on other sites. When that happens we contact those sites and threaten legal action. 95% of the time those sites remove the videos.

To call us "fucking bastards" frankly hurts.

Hotpolarbear, when you typed hot porn . com and it appeared as yuvutu.com, it is not proof that we are collusion with them. On the contrary, that site spammed the yuvutu.com's comments section and the forum that we put in a word censor routine to replace hot porn . com with yuvutu.com automatically. The spam quickly stopped thereafter. We have implemented such word replacements on many other websites who have spammed yuvutu.

Just to be clear 3xvideos, xxxviet.com...caveviet.com....starsex.com....wildsex.com and sites like these are stealing videos from yuvutu. This point has been covered in several other posts in the forums. How are they doing that you ask? well a simple google search will help you find software that allows people to capture videos streams. This affects all video sites not just yuvtu. In fact, unlike other video sites, we have put in place unique software to trip such capture software, unfortunately it is not 100% effective. It will never be 100% effective, because some people just sit in front of their screens and use a video cam to capture the video stream.


Also unlike most other sites, we make it easy for you to delete videos from yuvutu, and you are welcome to use this feature. If you delete a video from yuvutu, it will disappear from fantasti.cc, but it wont disapear from the site who have stolen the videos. For those sites, we need to email them and threaten legal action.

The fantasti.cc issue is simply a non-issue. They are simply linking their site to our site. Your video does not actually appear on the fantasti.cc servers. They asked us permission to do this and we agreed on the basis that we receive a lot of traffic from fantasti as a result. There is no exchange of money on this deal. However given the level of complaints about this, it is simply not worth grief, so we are terminating this arrangement now.

Thanks for terminating that deal... I feel a lot better now, I thought that only members on this site could se my vids... So I might leave my vids on and keep on posting then, the "trolls" who stole the videostreams are we trying to block in the chatrooms as much as we girls can...

OK can i put your minds at rest??????? Your vids have not been "lifted" they are threads IE links.now if you want to kill those threads jut delete your vids from yuvutu,and all the threads become redundaint IE bland.In defence of admin and yuvutu there is not a thing they can do about it, so all you psters the ball is in your court .but at least you know that your vids have not been stolen ,and yeas admin i suggest a yuvutu watermark on the vids so if any are stolen no other site will touch them as it's breach of copyright...............trust me i'm a bricklayer

thank you for you response it was a shock to find videos linked though other sites. i was also suprised that you could google nick to find vids but in my case you get hell of a lot of pages on cars

Admin, once again you have taken prompt action, for which I thank you. Please understand that as members of yuvu we post our videos HERE, because we know pretty much who will be watching them - people we know and call friends. Even when they're watched by other members, obviously we have no objection ... we've posted them for all the members of yuvu. Somehow it's just the thought of non-yuvu members being able to find them that is very un-nerving.

Jellybrenda the link you gave: http://www.starsex.pl/erotyczne/7960/analvibecocksuck.html is an example of a video that was once an embedded video. This video no longer works (unless you have it cached on your PC) because we removed the embedded feature about 4 months ago.

We have been considering watermarking videos for a long time but there are problems with this:

- it may reduce picture quality
- it will further delay the approval process (but not by much)
- yuvutu could get into trouble if a stolen video is uploaded, then gets watermarked yuvutu, then gets stolen again (we try to block all stolen videos but inevitably some get through the net).

Despite these concerns, this forum topic is likely to give added weight to implenting watermarks. In the meantime, nothing stops the uploaders from watermarking their videos and you are welcome to use yuvutu.com in the watermarkl if you wish.
