I recorded some video clips with my camera, but the file extension is xxxxx.3gp, but I need to convert into wav or any other standard format so that I can upload.

Careful about reccomending torrent sites, Lisa...I did that once and spent the next week going back and forth with e-mail explanationsd about bittorrent clients etc...! (That reminds me, must do a torrent blog!)

There is a free conversion program called 'any video convertor'
Do a google search for a site provider. Only a small program.

Will accept the following video format:
wmv / asf / avi / mpeg / vob / dv / m1v / m2v / mov / mp4 / 3gp / rm / flv
(will also convert vids from youtube - with a direct url link you can paste in)

Will output to any size / framerate / vid quality with the following extensions:
flv / avi /mpeg1 / mpeg2

Sometimes the vids are too big - so I just use microsofts' own in-built 'movie maker' program (comes with most copies of XP) to shrink them down under 100MB
