So I'm driving down the street on Saturday morning - I come to a stop at a light  - look over to my right and there she is....

Maybe 21-22, short blonde hair, wearing her bf's hooded sweatshirt which just hits above her young thighs. Short white shorts, nice legs, and flip flops.  She held a Starbucks in her hand, her bf following behind her.
